This policy applies to purchases made through global.walkolution.com. If you purchased from our US & Canada store at walkolution.com, please refer to the return policy there.
1. European Union – Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days, without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you — or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you — acquire physical possession of the goods.
How to Cancel
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

Refunds
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option we offer).
We will process the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return Shipping Costs
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Address
Returns should be shipped to our logistics centre in Germany. Please contact us before sending your return to receive the correct address for your specific product.
Exclusions from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or clearly personalised items
2. Germany – Additional Information
For customers in Germany, the EU right of withdrawal above applies in full. In addition:
- Statutory warranty (Gewährleistung): You are entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty from the date of delivery in accordance with §§ 434 ff. BGB.
- Reimbursement method: We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
- Online dispute resolution: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
3. Rest of World (excluding USA & Canada)
For customers outside the European Union — for example in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Asia, or other international locations.
- Approval required: Returns from international locations are only accepted upon prior consultation and written approval by our customer service team.
- Timeframe: Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be in good condition and in their original packaging.
- Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways), any applicable customs duties, and a restocking fee.
- Return address: As agreed upon consultation (typically our facility in Wiesenbronn, Germany).
